Every good product starts with what you discover.

DynamiteAgile is a design team's workshop: one Space per product, where you prospect the need, clear away the knowledge, extract the golden requirements, prove them with tests and cut the diamonds of the functional analysis. From the customer's need to the launched product, MVP after MVP, on your own server.

The need, before the mine

Why this tool exists: what a young engineer lives on day one, what the industry expects.

1

The first project

An idea, a team of four, one semester. Notes in a notebook, needs in an email, the plan in a spreadsheet, tests nowhere. Nobody knows what has been decided.

2

What the industry expects

Every requirement tied to a customer need and proven by a test, risks analysed (DFMEA), design reviews, hours justified for funding: that is the job.

3

What is missing

Big-company tools are expensive and take months; free tools are scattered. Student teams and start-ups learn rigour too late, often the hard way.

4

One Space, one product

DynamiteAgile brings everything into one Space per product, from need to launch, MVP0 to MVPx. An AI assistant prepares the whole Space; the team learns the method by applying it.

One mine, one product

Designing a product is like working a deposit. Each tool is named after what it does, in the order of the project: go down one level at a time, deeper and deeper, down to the diamonds.

Logo DEMO & Training
0 m

DEMO & Training

The test tunnel at the mine entrance: every tool is tried there before going down.

The DEMO Space: the guided tour, a complete example (the Rover), a sandbox and the team's training.

Logo Exploration
60 m

Exploration

Prospecting: you study the ground and decide where to dig, in which order.

The product plan: PDP phases (Discovery, Concept, Design, Validation), MVPs, milestones, Gantt.

Logo Dynamite
140 m

Dynamite

The charge that blasts the rock: raw knowledge is blasted loose and cleared.

The product's wiki: notes, minutes, decisions, procedures, pages drafted with AI.

Logo Goldmine
230 m

Goldmine

The gold vein: what you came for, sorted nugget by nugget.

The customer needs and requirements, traced to the test that proves them.

Logo Tools & Generator
330 m

Tools & Generator

The toolbox and the batch punch: every wagon gets its number.

The design methods (ideation, Pugh, Kepner-Tregoe) and the name of every deliverable.

Logo Agile
450 m

Agile

The drilling crews, in shifts: each one knows which face to work.

Backlog, sprints and Board from one MVP to the next; Change Management when the tunnel drifts.

Logo Testing
580 m

Testing

Assaying the ore: the grade is measured before the vein is declared worth it.

The product's Test Base, its procedures and plans that prove each requirement.

Logo Timesheet
720 m

Timesheet

The shift log: who worked which face, for how many hours.

The hours per PDP step, vacation, funding claims.

Logo Diamond
1000 m

Diamond

The diamonds, 1,000 m down: the hardest stone, cut facet by facet.

The functional analysis: function tree, structure, parts, risks and DFMEA, with their owners.

You have reached the bottom: the diamonds. A product whose every function, risk and test is known, and a team that knows why.

… and the Dashboard brings you back to the surface: everything waiting for you in your product's Space.

A day in the notebook

Follow Léa, an electrical engineering student, and her team (Nina, Hugo, Alexis) as they design a hot glue gun. The screen on the right shows what she sees.

08:00

Dashboard

Everything waiting for her in all her Spaces: tickets, requirements, hours to submit, and an “@lea” from Nina.

No email to sort through to know what to do.
08:30

Goldmine

The customer confirms they want to glue one-handed. Léa sets the need to “Customer Confirmed”: the requirements derived from it are justified in one click.

Every requirement answers a real need.
10:00

Exploration

The multi-month plan recalculates: durations, predecessors, milestones. The Gantt follows, and the Excel round trip still works.

The plan and reality no longer drift apart.
11:00

Agile

Sprint Planning: Backlog → Sprint → Board. Each ticket “implements” a requirement; ECNs go to review.

Today's work is tied to the customer's need.
13:30

Dynamite

The test procedure is written in the wiki, with a live ticket block and Word export in the team's template.

The docs are up to date because they live with the project.
15:00

Testing

She picks the electrical safety and drop tests from the Test Base, generates the Test Plan for the lab, and the PDF result closes the loop.

From requirement to “Verified” test, with no retyping.
16:45

Timesheet

Her hours for the week on the steps of the PDP, copied from one day to the next, submitted to the instructor.

You see where the team's time went, phase by phase.
17:00

Training & Help

A Pugh matrix topic from her training plan, then DEMO to try the new tool risk-free.

You learn where you work.

The chain behind a good product

From the customer's need to the test that proves it, every link is a link, not a copy. A Word or CSV extract shows it to the customer.

Exploration

The project plan over several months: phases, predecessors, milestones, Gantt and Excel round trip.

Agile

Backlog, Sprints and Board; Change Management with PRs, bugs and ECNs approved by the CCB.

Dynamite

The wiki: visual editor, live ticket blocks, procedures, BDC, Word and PDF export.

What is new

What arrived in the latest versions of the 0.60 branch.

Start with an AI assistant

A multiple-choice interview with Claude prepares the project file; « Commencer » creates the team, requirements, tests, functional tree, DFMEA and PDP plan.

Diamond, from first look to report

One DFMEA row per function, the key test linked, industry good practices; everything exports to Excel, draw.io and Word for a jury or an investor.

On the phone, and shared

Goldmine, Testing and the timesheet as cards, Dynamite pages with AI; Share by text, Messenger, WhatsApp, email or QR code.

⚙ Admin → Update: one version at a time or several at once, data intact; a lighter interface on the network.

On your server, in 5 steps

Linux or Windows, an empty server (a free one exists), an address, then one command: the script does the rest, HTTPS, firewall, service, administrator account. No subscription, no cloud service, no data leaving your server.
